To place an order, simply browse our collection, add desired books to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping details and choose a payment method. Once confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our customer support immediately with your order number. After 2 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be modified.

Shipping charges vary by city: Karachi and Lahore: Rs. 150, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: Rs. 200, other cities: Rs. 250-300. Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 2000.

Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) and 4-7 business days for other cities.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. However, we're working on international shipping and will announce when it becomes available.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the book is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Books must be in original condition. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
